Shipping policy

PersonaliDee LLC strives to offer you reasonable shipping options.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality checking, and packaging. Order processing generally takes about 2-4 business days for in-stock items.  Custom orders and t-shirt orders may require more time to process.  Please email info@personalidee.com for specific processing time for custom orders or t-shirt orders and to inquire about expedited processing. 
  • If you purchase the priority mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship next business day.  It means when it is ready to ship after the processing time, it will ship priority mail rather than first class.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the origin to the destination.  Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  After processing and leaving PersonaliDee LLC,  items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.

We are ONLY responsible for your package until it reaches the Post Office (or other shipping service). After that, it is beyond our control.  It is then the responsibility of USPS to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.  We recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service if you wish to insure your purchase.  Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we CANNOT provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS not PersonaliDee LLC. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS.  We are NOT responsible for delayed packages or packages lost in transit. We are NOT responsible for weather or pandemic related delays.  Once again, we are NOT responsible for your package once it transfers to USPS or other shipping agent.

Additionally, please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
